What we offer
Care built around you
From annual wellness to the tender first weeks of motherhood, our services are designed to meet you exactly where you are — with expertise, patience, and genuine partnership.
The midwifery difference
Midwifery care is not just about clinical outcomes — it's about relationship. We take longer appointments, ask deeper questions, and treat you as the expert on your own body. Every service we offer is grounded in this philosophy.
We are accepting new patients across all of our service areas. If you're not sure where to start, reach out — we'll help you find the right fit.
Comprehensive care for every stage of life
Women's Health
Our women's health services provide a full continuum of preventive and primary care — from your first annual exam to navigating perimenopause and beyond. We believe that every woman deserves a provider who truly listens.
- Annual wellness exams and preventive screenings
- Contraception counseling and management
- STI testing and sexual health care
- Menstrual health and hormonal concerns
- Perimenopause and menopause support
- Chronic condition co-management
- Cervical cancer screening (Pap smears, HPV testing)
We take a whole-person approach — considering your physical, emotional, and social health together. Appointments are unhurried, and your questions are always welcome.
You are not alone — and you don't have to feel this way
Postpartum Mood Disorders
Postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, and psychosis affect up to 1 in 5 new mothers. These are medical conditions, not character flaws. We provide compassionate, evidence-based screening and care so that no mother navigates this alone.
- Postpartum depression screening and diagnosis
- Postpartum anxiety and OCD evaluation
- Medication management and referral coordination
- Ongoing monitoring and follow-up care
- Partner and family education and support
- Coordination with mental health therapists
- Crisis resources and safety planning
We screen all postpartum patients at every visit and create a safe, judgment-free space to talk about how you're really feeling. Early intervention changes outcomes — and we're here for it.
Supporting mother and baby together in the first 28 days
Couplet Care
The couplet care model recognizes that mother and newborn are a unit — their health is deeply intertwined. Rather than treating them separately, we provide integrated care for both in the critical first month of life.
- Newborn weight checks and feeding assessments
- Jaundice monitoring and management
- Maternal wound and recovery assessment
- Postpartum mood screening at every visit
- Infant development and behavioral guidance
- Safe sleep education and SIDS prevention
- Coordination with pediatricians and OB providers
We schedule longer visits so we can truly assess how both of you are doing — not just check boxes. Our goal is to send you into month two feeling confident, supported, and well.
Meeting your feeding goals, whatever they look like
Lactation Support
Breastfeeding is natural — but it isn't always easy. Our certified lactation support helps you navigate latch challenges, supply concerns, pain, pumping, and the transition back to work, with patience and without judgment.
- Initial latch assessment and positioning guidance
- Milk supply evaluation and management
- Nipple pain, mastitis, and plugged duct care
- Tongue-tie evaluation and referral
- Pumping and milk storage guidance
- Return-to-work feeding planning
- Weaning support when you're ready
We meet you where you are — whether you want to breastfeed exclusively, supplement, or transition to formula, our job is to support your goals, not prescribe them.
